ROBERT A. MANCHESTER, IV - Senior Attorney/Owner
Robert A. Manchester, IV strives to maintain a fast paced and efficient office that focuses on meeting the daily needs of his clients. Robert established this office within the conviction that with hard work combined with common sense, provides his clients with excellent service and representation.
He received his Bachelor of Arts in government, graduating with distinction from the University of Redlands in Southern California. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.
Robert represents a myriad of insurance providers and third-party administrators, while maintaining an active general civil practice for numerous individuals and companies. His work and civic service place him in all corners and courts of Oklahoma.
Among his many honors, Robert was sworn in as Associate Municipal Judge in the City of The Village, Oklahoma. Additionally, Governor Mary Fallin appointed him to the Oklahoma Athletic Commission where he has served as Commissioner for over two terms. He is also a founding board member of Kids’ Chance of Oklahoma.

DAWSON L. KESTER - Associate Attorney
Dawson L. Kester received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship, graduating magna cum laude respectively from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford, Oklahoma.
Dawson represents a myriad of insurance providers and third-party administrators, while maintaining an active general civil practice for numerous individuals and companies. His work with financial institutions obtaining court approved transactions has allowed him to ply his craft in numerous counties throughout Oklahoma.

BRETT H. BURCH - Associate Attorney
Brett Burch joined Manchester Law in November of 2021. He attended the University of Oklahoma and received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History in 2012. Brett attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2015. While attending Oklahoma City University School of Law he served as Class President and Student Bar Association Vice-President. Brett was awarded with the Dean’s Service Award in 2015.
Brett represents a plethora of insurance providers and third-party administrators, while also litigating on behalf of numerous individual and organizations. His versatile legal background and civil litigation experience has allowed him to serve Oklahomans all over the State. Prior to joining Manchester Law, Mr. Burch practiced a wide range of general civil litigation matters, including business litigation, personal injury, negligence, and bad faith insurance, and oil and gas law.
Outside the office Brett enjoys spending time with his wife Morgan and their two children Graham and Yevonne. He also enjoys attending Oklahoma Sooners sporting events, OKC Thunder basketball games, and playing golf.

Ashley J. Baldwin - Associate Attorney
Ashley Baldwin graduated from The University of Oklahoma with her Bachelor of Arts as the Outstanding Senior in the Women’s and Gender Studies Program in 2018. Before attending law school, Ashley served as Miss Oklahoma 2018 and became a Top 15 Semi-Finalist at Miss America. During her year as Miss Oklahoma, Ashley traveled more than 40,000 miles across our state speaking to over 50,000 Oklahoma students. Following her year of service, Ashley started law school at The University of Oklahoma College of Law where she graduated with her Juris Doctorate in May 2022. Ashley recently passed the Uniform Bar Exam in all 41 UBE jurisdictions.
During her time at OU Law, Ashley was selected as a Dean’s Leadership Fellow, Student Ambassador, member of the ABA Negotiation Regional Champion Team, and member of the ABA Client Counseling Regional Champion Team. Ashley was named to the Order of Barristers, Dean’s Honor Roll, and received the Larry Siria Community Service Award, as well as a MOOT Court Best Speaker Award. Ashley also received the American Jurisprrudence Award in Civil Clinic; Trial Techniques; Litigation Skills; Civil Pre-Trial Litigation; and Interviewing, Counseling, and Negotiation.
